Return Policy
1. Introduction
At Rofoofee, we strive to provide the best reading experience for your child. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and subscription cancellations on the Rofoofee app.
2. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Rofoofee operates on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your account settings in the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store.
3. Refund Policy for Digital Subscriptions
Due to the nature of digital products and services provided instantly, we generally do not offer refunds for activated and used subscriptions, except in the following cases:
- A persistent technical issue prevents you from using the app or accessing content, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
- If you were charged in error or effectively double-charged for the same subscription period.
4. Physical Books Return Policy
Due to logistical challenges in international shipping to our warehouses, we adopt the following policy for physical books purchased through our website:
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for physical books if you change your mind after shipping or delivery, due to the difficulty and cost of return shipping.
- Damage or Error: If the book arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement copy.
- No Return Needed: In case of a damaged or incorrect book, we do not require you to ship the book back to us. Simply provide us with photos showing the issue within 7 days of receipt, and we will process your request immediately.
5. Purchases via App Stores
All payment and billing for Rofoofee are handled directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
iOS (Apple) Users: Apple is responsible for all transactions and refunds. If you wish to request a refund, you must contact Apple Support directly. We do not have the authority to issue direct refunds for payments made via Apple.
Android (Google Play) Users: You can request a refund through Google Play according to their policies. In some cases, we may be able to assist with refund requests if you contact us within 48 hours of purchase, providing the Order ID.
6. Cancellation
Canceling your subscription stops the auto-renewal for future charges. You will continue to have access to paid content until the end of the current subscription period for which you have paid. The remaining amount for the current period is not refunded upon cancellation.
